IE6-Send Page by Email Problem

Outlook2003/Exchange2003/IE6.

I have one user when he sends a web page in IE by clicking on
File-->Send-->Email by File the email sits in the Outbox until he does a
manual Send/Receive. All other emails send immediately.

Any insight???

TIA
 
does have have more than one address configured in his profile?
 
He only has and Exchange account (no POP3), but he does have a two
additional addresses assigned to his Exchange account.
