IE6 runtime errors

IE6 keeps giving me runtime errors after about 10-15
minutes of browsing. I believe the error message reads
similar to

Runtime Error in C++ Visual Program
C:\Windows\Explorer.exe

Any suggestions on what causes this?

Try using Norton WinDoctor to fix any problems with
Windows and/or Active X. Seems to me that when you run
into a code that requires your browser to do a certain
function, it returns an error. This is probably due to
that you have a corrupt file of some sort. Norton
WinDoctor might be able to fix it or reinstalling Internet
Explorer entirely. Also, if you have Visual C++ or Visual
Studio installed on your computer, check out the program
options. Tell it not to debug Internet Explorer. This
might stop the error as well. I hope this helps.

Rule out parasites. It may be the CommonName version.
