IE6 Internet Options Content AutoComplete Settings

Can someone tell me why on some of our IE6 browsers (all the same patch
levels) why the "User Names and Password on Forms" and "Prompt me to save
passwords" checkboxes are both greyed out. We have only seen it on a few
machines and the users are saying that the options used to be available.

These checkboxes are in the Internet Options..Content tab..Autocomplete
dialog.
