when using links on the navbar (hotmail) i get security page with java
scroipt disabled, it it though, and hit the likk again it goes to sign in
screen. then goes blank, hit the link again and goes to my main page. HMMMM
any ideas which sun/java program file this is and where I can get it?
 
been there current no help
lost it in a norton adware issue
where is it in the windows program
 
Are you asking where your sun java would be located ??? if so try double
click the My computer and double click the C Drive follow by Program files ,
you should now find it in there

Java and javascript are completely different and have nothing to do with
each other. Bob, you didn't say whether you have SP2 or not. If you do,
then you need to check out the security settings in Internet Options.
If you don't have SP2, check out the security settings regarding
javascript - *not* Java - and also see if you are running a third-party
firewall like Norton Internet Security. If you want more help, post
back to this thread with more information about your system, whether
you ever were able to use the links - and if so, what changed - and
whether you have any third-party security software like NIS running.
