IE6 Full Download

I have been trying to download the full version of IE6 on a machine
which already has uptodate version of XP Professional and all the recent
patches. I want the full download so that I can install it on a machine
which runs Win98 with no internet connection or very slow internet
connection.

Without IE6 (or even IE5) I can't install certain programs such as
Symantec systems Works and Anti Virus.

Plase help.
