IE6 crashes when opening multiple windows

Hello.

Whenever I open IE6 and use the "Open in new window"
command, I get a blank window and IE just hangs. This
occurs whenever there are more than 4 IE windows open at
any one time.

Any help or advice in this matter would be much
appreciated.

Hello.

Thanks for all your help so far but I have yet to resolve
the problem.

Futhermore, when multiple windows are opened up, IE 6 can
suddenly terminate, closing all its windows without
warning.

I used Ad-Aware to remove any spyware that may be on my
computer and have cleared the Temporary Internet Files
Folder but the problem of the blank white windows
whenever the "Open In A New Window" command is still
present.

Any more suggestions as to how I can fix this?

I've noticed another thing that could be related to the
problem:

I have deleted the "Content.IE5" folder fron the Local
Settings folder of the profile that I am using and which
is experiencing the blank window problem.

However opon reboot and reloading of IE6, the computer is
not creating a new "Content.IE5" folder of an index.dat
file. Instead, it is just dumping all the temporary
internet files in the main "Temporary Internet Files"
folder.

Could this be the problem? If so, how do I fix this?
