Hi S. T. Wong
Dear All,
I am using Win2KPro with IE6sp1, but the IE can't pop-up the new
window, it seems something has blocked all pop-up window in IE. I
have tried to install Opera and hasn't found the same problem.
Is there any method / tools to fix IE6 pop-up problem?
Were any programs installed at the time this problem started? Perhaps
something like Google Toolbar, or some other type of program that has a
pop-up blocker? You might try the following and see if it helps:

and plugins".
4.Also enable the options under "Java VM" in the scroll list.
5.Click Ok.

Select View from your menu bar
Select Internet Options, then the Security tab.
For the Internet Zone, select Custom and click on Settings.
Scroll down to the Scripting area of the list.
Under Scripting, set Active scripting to Enable, and set Scripting of Java
applets to Enable.
