ie6 can't go to Amazon

i have upgraded to ie6 but i can't access amazon! every other page in the
world seems to be ok. please help!
 
Hi,

Look for a file called HOSTS (without extension). Open it in Notepad, delete
the line sthat look like

127.0.0.1 whateverorevennothing.amazon.com

Restart Windows.
