IE6 Beginning Look

Using the same shortcut from the desktop, IE6 alternates
between starting full screen with small browser task bar
buttons with no labels and half screen with large browser
task bar with button labels. I'd prefer the full screen
with task bar button labels upon start. Where and what
settings can I change?

Normally one would right click the shortcut>properties>dropdown box>run
maximized. I don't do this, but instead Open IE>manually drag the Browser
window to fill the screen (don't use the Maximize button) and close IE. Upon
re-opening, it should "remember" this size.

As for the buttons with labels or small size goes; check the customize
options on the tool bar. R-Click on tool bar>customize>set it to what you
want it to do. Other than that... I don't know.
