Does anyone know whether W2K has IE integrated as part of the OS in a similar
fashion to XP? IE6 does not show up in Add Remove Programs.

Yes, no question to integration. It doesn't show up in Add/Remove because
you have applied/reapplied a service pack since installing IE6

If you look in the registry under HKLM/software/microsoft/windows/current
version/uninstall , you;ll find that IE6 and the SPs that go with it have
Add/remove entries and executables, but the display name entry is removed
(so it doesn't show up in the wizard).
