IE6.02 crash on XP

My IE (6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633/128-bit) constantly crashes in XP.
When it sends the report and analysis is made, it says it's a driver that's
the cause. Too bad it can tell it's a driver but can't seem to tell you
WHICH driver.

Is there a way to find out?

IE Help>About>Update Versions> is Q818529 listed here?
