IE 6.0.2800.1106 XPSP2.030422-1633
Standalone box with DSL connection to Internet.
I have 1 Admin A/C for me and 2 User A/Cs for my kids.
IE works flawlessy under Admin A/C. When either of the
Users logon, IE crashes with error in Moz3???.dll
I can even logon as a user and run IE as an Admin and it
works. I have no viruses and took precautions prior to
Blaster worm scare with ICF. Outlook works fine so its not
a TCP error. Must be a security thing preventing port 80
from working under User logons - how to fix it is the
problem - has anyone else experienced this problem? -know
of a fix?

Thanks in advance...

Well - not everday someone answers their own post but I've
discovered and fixed the problem. In a word KIDS.
It seems my son downloaded something called Morpheus by
some outfit called Wurld Media Inc. Turns out that they
publish and surreptiously dupe unsuspecting types into
installing an "Internet Helper" that redirects HTTP
requests through their own web sites so that they can pick
up the affiliation fees. Virtual middlemen who get paid
real money - quite a cunning scam. see
http://www.safersite.com/PestInfo/w/wurldmedia.asp for
info on how to rid yourself of this trojan.
