Internet Explorer - Not Responding

I have several brand new laptops from DELL that are having some Internet
Explorer issues. When I browse to www.microsoft.com and click on support
(or any of the options for that matter), Internet Explorer stops responding.
When you close the Internet Explorer window it says "This program is not
responding......End Now". It them pops up the message to send microsoft an
error report.

The Error Signature is:
szAppName: IEXPLORE.EXE szAppVer: 6.0.2800.1106 szModName: MSHTML.DLL
szModVer: 6.0.2800.1400 offset:00230af9

The laptops are running IE version 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633 and
Windows XP Service Pack 1.

Any one else seen this problem????

Yes - I have a Dell Inspiron 5150

The only site that stops responding is www.microsoft.com

The screen moves to the right as if it's loading graphics between the
leftmost frame/menu and the main body of the screeen.

If you click in the screen - (Not Responding appears)
