IE wont RUN

hi all...
i have windows XP professional with SP1. my harddrive has
6 partitions ( "C:\" partition is NTFS and the rest are
FAT32) i hvae 2 accounts on it..one is administrator
access and the other is limited access....when i run IE
from the administrator account it runs fine......but when
i run it from the limited access account it wont
run.....then again if i change its access to
administrator it will run fine ( but then- why would i
have a limited account if i want everybody to open my
files..lolz).it seems that the application just hangs up
but does not give any error other then the one to send a
report to microsoft..i hvea tried sending report to
microsoft but no reply from there.......anybody out there
with help????

This problem occurs due to malware browser helper objects (BHO) installed in the computer. The BHO tries to modify certain system files and Windows Registry entries that require administrative credentials to access. From a limited user account, the BHO may not be able to access these files and registry entries, Internet Explorer stops abruptly

Download all of these utilities and scan the system.

Note: Spyware removers are rules-based and are updated very frequently as and when new malware is discovered. Therefore, update both of these tools before scanning, very important.
