IE wont open shortcuts ??, i have backup for convienence :)

Ive got these folders with shortcuts for sites i use most of the time
and when i click onthem, they allways open with IE or the web browser
iam using ?

Now it opens up the OPEN WITH program box i select IE and yet it does
not stick ?, next time it just opens again ?


Never had this problem, ive reinstalled MANy times and never ever had
this problem, any ideas ?

Yesterday it worked, today it doesn't; Windows is like that!
