IE wont load pages on dialup

When booting up my laptop at work everything is ok. When
the laptop is booted up fresh at home, and using a
dialup. The IE dosent load pages --
'res://c:\winnt\system32\shdoclc.dll\dnserror.htm'
error message is shown.. anybody any answers
