IE will not launch

I installed CISCO VPN (an upgrade to 4.6) after I did I
had aon odd Pop Up on the screen before I even launched
IE. Now IE will not launch easily, and if it does, I see
a toolbar added and Folders are in my Favorites that I
never added. I deleted the folders and now IE will not
launch at all. I am running Windows 98. I ran Spybot
but it it did nothing. Please help! Thanks.

Since you are running windows 98, Windows AntiSpyware Beta will not work
for you. I would try the available tools in safe mode. Also, you may want
to post to the general spyware newsgroup at: microsoft.public.security.
