IE Redirecting to a URL

For the last 2 days I've been experiencing a problem when
I type in certain webpages (www.ebay.com, www.evite.com,
www.foodnetwork.com) and my IE page gets redirected to the
following page http://209.47.15.67/int/set?type=468-60

I don't believe I downloaded any software in the last few
months so I don't know how this started happening. I
noticed it doesn't happen when I use Netscape Navigator.
Yesterday I downloaded numerous Spyware/Adware detection
apps (ad-ware, bazooka, spywareblaster, stopzilla) and
none of them have fixed or found the problem.

Mike,
I downloaded adaware already from Lavasoft.com. I even
did the New Update and I still I'm having this redirect
problem. Here is the version I have for ADAware
01R217 08.09.2003

I even found files called HOST and removed all the URLs
that I didn't recognize.

Do you have any other suggestions?
