IE Redirect

I'm having a problem with IE. I click to go to a certain url. When I get to the site, the page partially loads then stops and goes to another location I did not enter. It appears to be redircting to this site. How can I stop this. It doesn't happen to every web site. But some of the sites I try to go to always switches to this "redirect" page. Thanks for any info and help. It is most appreciated. I am using Windows 2000. The url I start with is: http://www.tripod.lycos.com/. I click to go to: http://build.tripod.lycos.com/trellix/sitebuilder/f_all_my_sites.html I always end up here: http://209.47.15.67/int/set?type=468-60 Please help!

Please help!

First eliminate any scumware.
See
Dealing with Unwanted Spyware, Parasites, Toolbars and Search Engines
http://mvps.org/winhelp2002/unwanted.htm

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.
CWShredder is also available here:

**Post your HijackThis log to
http://forums.spywareinfo.com/ or the Spyware forum at
http://forum.aumha.org/ for expert analysis, not here.**
Alternative download pages for Ad-Aware, Spybot, HijackThis and CWShredder
may be found on this page:
http://aumha.org/a/parasite.htm.
If trying everything at that site does not fix the problem please post back
in the same thread.
