IE redirects

When I click to go to some website, the pages partially loads but then gets redirected to http://209.47.15.67/int/set?type=468-60 It is a blank page except for an amazon banner add at the top. I need to get to some of the pages that will not completely load. They are pages I have gone to many times (they are one of my "favorites" - My website host. The page I cannot load is my web builder) but now are being redirected. Please help! I greatky appreciate any help possible. Everyone seems to be stumped. I use Windows 2000

download spybot safer-networking.org .. get rid of the
browser hijaker. or use mozilla firefox. at mozilla.org
.. hijackers are programmed mostly for internet explorer.

First eliminate any scumware.

Note that AdAware and SpyBot S & D will each catch some things the other
won't. Also, each needs to be updated before every use, even when just
downloaded. There's also a lot more to do than just those two programs.
