IE Problems

I am having problems with my laptop which is being used
as a small server at the church I volunteer at. I cannot
get a quick-launch toolbar to load, and also have
problems when trying to open multiple IE windows!. I have
an AMD running at 1400mhz with XP Home edition. Any
suggestions? Thanks

How can u use XP Home as a server. XP Home doesnt allow to function as a
server.
