IE Problem

Can anyone help out with my IE browser ? when i clicked
on Icon of IE, it start up for like 1 min then it shut
down automatically..i tried every thing. as i could.. but
havent fixed up.. i even restore the system also.. but it
wont help out..

when i unstalled groker software and afterwards i show
this kinda of problem..

soo i will appriciate if someone can help me out..
