IE locking up. HELP !

[Curtis]

Everytime I go on the web with IE6, when I close IE , it
min. at the bottem of my screen and wont close. I was
having to do a "ctrl-alt-del" to shut it down . Now, that
wont even work. I have to turn the power off with the
power button, to reboot. I am running windows ME.
Please, any help would be appriciated..
