IE "Page Cannot Be Displayed" When opening pdfs

I have users who cannot open pdf's inside of Internet Explorer. They have
worked fine until about 2 weeks ago. Now when you click on a link to a pdf,
it just gives you "Page Cannot Be Displayed" is there a certain setting
within IE that needs to be set in order to allow Adobe Reader to open within
the browser?

The BHO for adobe may be corrupted or disabled by security tools,
check for it being it disabled first if nojoy try a reinstall of adobe.

Make sure that your Temporary Internet folders are cleared. That is
very important in your particular case.
