IE - only half size window on links

I forgot how to change this. When I click on a link in a program, the IE
window that opens is alwasy a half screen. How do I make it open a full
sized IE window every time?

try dragging it to the size you want (do =not= maximise it using the
maximise button) and then closing it with 'file exit'. If that fails,
try opening two copies and giving them both this same treatment. Come
back if it still doesn't work.

If that doesn't work, there's a slick little app that'll do it for you, and can
handle other apps as well.
