IE not working after installing Office 2003

After I installed Office 2003 and rebooted now my browser
takes 3 minutes to open the first time. Once its open it
is ok. I've removed handwriting and speech recognition as i
have heard this can be a problem. I have run several ad
aware progs and they are clean. Also ran a full virus scan.
Has anyone else had this problem??
p.s. I installed Netscape and it opens fine each time but I
wnat to use IE
