I am running Windows XP and when I go to run IE it starts to load then
freezes. When I check Applications (ctrl alt del), it shows IE running, not
responding, running, not responding, etc. and I have to end task. Now the
kicker, a second user (profile) logs on and can run IE without any
problems?? I have deleted every cookie and web page cache that I could find
but no luck. Anyone have any ideas?

If it makes you feel any better, I am having similar problems. When you
open IE with the problem profile, do you see dwwin.exe show up on the
process list?

I will check it out tonight and see if it shows up. Does ending the
dwwin.exe process correct the problem?

No, it's just a symptom. I starts the instant IE freezes... Actually it
is probably related to Dr. Watson. If I kill it, then IE dies also. I
have a similar request for help that I posted last thursday...
