IE, My documents Dont open...

Hi, first post.
So here it goes

Whenever I try to open IE, verclsid.exe closes my window, also it
doesnt let me open my documents, my computer, Control panel...
I know this maybe has to do with KB908531.
I already tried uninstalling it, with kellys fix, editing the registry
and I still cant open IE and My documents...

I scanned my computer with hijackthis and the only HP process running
is the Lightscribe (LSSrvc.exe).
I dont know if this is causing the problem, I tried stopping the
procces but a message appears: "The operation could not be completed.
Acces is denied"

I already installed the V2 of KB908531, but the problem is still
there... help please...

I also tried uninstalling the whole update, and installing the rest
except the KB908531... please help me, I wouldnt like to format the
computer
