MSCONFIG and My Documents

Okay,

I have tried many things. MSCONFIG and REGEDIT will not
stay open. My Documents folder opens twice upon start
up. Here is what I have done.

Update NAV and did a full scan 4 times
DL userinit.reg from Kellys Korner for the My Documents.
Did not find NetStatt.exe file on system.
Ran HijackThis and didnt find anything.

I don't know what else to do. In safe mode, MSCONFIG and
REGEDIT opens fine and My Documents doesnt... so I am at
a lost.

What about task manager -- Ctrl+Alt+Del -- does that run? If not then
it is likely you still have a virus.

Try Trend Micro's Sysclean. Download it and the signature file, turn
off system restore, boot into safe mode and run it. Then boot back into
normal mode, turn system restore back on and rerun your full AV scan.
