IE loops when login to a website.

Hi,
When trying to login into some websites, IE 6.0 goes into
a loop and brings me back to the login page again.

I have other pc using same IE version and I am able to
login to these website fine.

I already deleted all cookies, did not help.
I check my advance setting for IE can not see anything to
check or uncheck....
Appreciate any suggestions.

Check the version of Wininet.dll against both computer.
