IE .jpg won't load

HELP! I think I messed with a setting and now websites
with .jpg's won't load and .jpg buttons won't load.

I tried re-installing XP . . . I have no idea what to try
next

Have you dumped your Temporary Internet Files and/or Cookie folder?
Save the cookies you think you need and do a housecleaning on the rest.

Don't run without a firewall. Turn it back on and find the proper settings
to allow the pictures through.
