I have a problem with my internet. Programs like AIM work fine, but both of
my browsers, IE and Netscape, both run really slow. Sometimes they connect to
a page right away, sometimes it takes forever for it to work. It's kind of
random, but usually they don't work well. I've tried other browsers, or
reinstalling both IE and Netscape, and that hasn't helped. I've run countless
virus and spyware scans, and have some up with nothing that could be a
problem. Please let me know how to fix this! Thanks for your help
