IE Instability

Hi

I am running Win XP Service Pack 2. Internet Explorer regularly "encounters
a problem" and wants to send reports off to Microsoft.

Is there any patch for all these reports it keeps sending, or is there any
way I can reinstall IE?

I'm having the same problem with Office 2003 (Word in particular) but all
other apps and Win XP itself are fine.

The instability is driving me craazzeee!!
