IE encountering problem

I'm getting this Internet Explorer encountering a problem every time I first
visit a web site! I send or don't send the report back to Microsoft and then
IE closes. Start over and then, I can open up web sites ok. The error
signature has among other descriptive Apps and Mods shows a file (
me2.dll ). Several other technical gargin but that seems to be a constant in
the errors.
Any ideas what this is and how to get rid of this problem?
