Genunie Advantage Notification problem

All of a sudden, I get the following error when starting Windows-WINDOWS
GENUINE ADVANTAGE NOTIFICATION HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO CLOSE.
The AppName is wgatray.exe and the ModName is oleaut32.dll. I can close the
error message dialog, but it seems to be affecting many other apps. IN IE 7,
I now get the message INTERNET EXPLORER HAS ENCOUNTER A PROBLEM...The
offending Module is the same oleaut32.dll. I'm also having problems with
Outlook, with oleaut32.dll being the offending module there also.

I can't use System Restore, as it won't open and refers to the same
oleaut32.dll as the problem module. Does anyone have any idea what the heck
might be going on?

Performed the reinstall of XP. Seems to have fixed the problem. Thanks a bunch!
