IE does not work for XP Limited Users

IE is not working for XP Home Limited Users. It does work
for administrators. Internet pages will not load. I can
load them with a Netscape browser.

I am running IE version 6.0.2800.xpsp2.030422-1633

Any ideas?

Thanks for the link. I checked what it said and could
find no problems.

There was only 1 copy of the winsoc dll.

Limited Users cannot modify DNS settings in XP. Keep in
mind the admin users have no problem and Netscape has no
problem.

The error I get in the bottom panel of IE browser is:

"Downloading from site: res//c:windows\system32
\shdoclc.dll\dnserror.htm"

Is this of any help?
