IE Work Offline

I've always been using IE's File > Work Offline as it saves reloading and lets me read the pages before i just leave the Internet.

However, it suddenly disappears today. What i did this morning was to run Windows Updates and installed those being critical. I don't know if this is the cause?

My IE version is: 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633

This is interesting. "Work Offline" is missing only when i open a new IE browser by clicking the IE icon (at Quick Launch or on Desktop); all subsequent windows coming out from this parent browser -- File > New > Window (Ctrl-N), a link which prompts a new window etc. -- have "Work Offline".
