IE unresponsive

My XP home IE version 6.0.2800.1106.xpsp2.030422-1633 opens, but will not access the internet. The home page URL is "res://zvtpt.dll/index.html#26560" and will not reset to anything else. A search page & pop-up open when IE is opened. The search page is "http://search-all-fast.com/" I have run Norton anti-virus, but AFTER the problem started. I am able to access the internet through AOL on the same computer and same cable connection. I have even tried changing home and start pages in the registry.

I have also loaded "Spybot-Search & Destroy", which found & took care of 10 incidents. I also checked HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run for spybot, but had none. I still have the same problem.

Run CWShredder http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html you
may be lucky enough to have the variety that's easy to remove. (Alternate
site for CWShredder http://www.aumha.org/downloads/cwshredder.zip)

Yes I just tried that site. It found and fixed some more items, but IE still has the same symptoms.
