IE 6 does not close

update Versions:; SP1

IE beeps when trying to close. At present we have done the following:
installed AdAware and Spybot - and updated each
removed all items noted and rebotted
same behavior -- IE will not close - just beeps.

Suggestions?

One solution AFTER you have backed up the registry. This from another
forum. Delete the following registry entry and then restart you
internet explorer. Here is the source of this suggestion.
