My Internet Explorer displays the text as if it is maginified. Every other
program is fine it is just IE, it makes it hard to read. Even the help center
is hard to capture the text on one page. Any help?

IE | View menu | Text Size | Change to a smaller size.

You can change this by accident if you have a wheel mouse.

Normally the mouse wheel does the same thing as the Page Up and Page Down
keys. In Internet Explorer and Outlook Express Ctrl + mouse wheel zooms the
Text Size. The same as View | Text Size | Pick a size. Each notch on the
wheel changes to the next Text Size.

I do that by accident all the time. In fact I discovered this by accident
and can't find any documentation on it.

If you use Firefox instead, the mouse scroll wheel scrolls the screen as
expected. Holding the Control key down and scrolling the wheel changes
the text size.
I suspect you can adjust IE in some fashion but I only use IE when
needed for accessing certain sites (although I understand there's a
Firefox addin to simulate IE response).
