IE desktop Icon

hi,
for some reason IE icon disapears from the desktop, can anyone help
how to enable this icon?

Right click on the desktop and select Properties
Under the Desktop Tab click "Customize Desktop" at the top you can select
which icons are present on your desktop. As to why ti is disappearing I
don't have the answer.
