IE crashes typing in address bar?

I have to reload my browser sometimes when I try to type
in the IE browser window because it crashes.
Any one know how to fix this? It is really beginning to
bother me.

1. IE Tools>Internet Options>General>Accessibility>Style sheets (uncheck if
checked).

2. Update your virus definitions and then run a full system scan (possible
Qhost infection).

3. It may be caused by hijackware:

These days most of us are recommending HijackThis to identify and assist in
the removal of these bad guys. **Post your files to

Also update your virus definitions and then run a full system scan. From
now on, do both daily.
