IE closing on own

I have windows XP and am using IE6. Weird stuff is happening. I've completely
deleted my computer, scrubbed, reinstalled windows, run Norton scan, run
Bitdefender scan and nothing. IEst websites, however, while on m closes
automatically on moicrosoft site it stays open. Any solutions for an amateur?
