IE closes with an error and I cant search the web....PLEASE HELP!

Almost everytime I open IE it shuts down with an error.
I have tried to update all the security packs and it wont
work because it says that i have a higher version.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!
 
The secret if often in the complete and exact error message. Please post
back.
