IE Application error TOO!

I'm having the same problem as Richard (look below). When
I Attempt to open my IE browser, I first get:

C:\Program Files\internet explorer\iexplore.exe
Abnormal Program Termination

When I close out this box, I get this message:

Application Error
The instruction at 0x70d88e78 Referenced memory at
0x00000001.
The memory could not be "read".

When I close this box out, my browser shuts down,
although I'm still connected to the internet.

Any ideas about how to fix this?
