IEXPLORE.EXE - Application Error

I have this strange behavior with Internet Explorer, whenever I close the
browser window and the focus was last set to a combo box I receive the
following error:

IEXPLORE.EXE - Application Error
The instruction at "0×10003e8d" referenced memory at "0×10003e8d". The
memory could not be "read".
Click on OK to terminate the program

but if the focus was set to anything else, I do not receive any error.

What could be causing this? Is this problem can be solved?

I am running Windows XP Pro on notebook HP nx6110, if any further
information is required please tell me.

Thanks in advance.

No I didn't, but here it is if you want to take a look:
http://www.hijackthis.de/logfiles/a24f342c561dfde22dc9746de3f9deb2.html

But there is something that I discovered by chance yesterday , this error
happens whenever I navigate to yahoo web site, you see my default home page
is set to yahoo so whenever I open the browser yahoo is the first site to be
accessed and whatever site I navigate to next and have the focus set to a
combo box when I close the browser I get the error, when I changed the
default home page and didn't navigate to yahoo I didn't receive the error,
and if I did navigate to yahoo and then go to a site with a combo box I
recieve the error, so as long as I stay away from yahoo, no errors. So what's
that thing in yahoo that causes a conflict with IE, I don't have any yahoo
tools installed, no toolbar, no instant messenger, nothing. I only navigate
to yahoo to check my mail. So what would be causing this?

Thanks.
