when i close my internet explore browser a window pops up
with this message

iexplore.exe-Application Error
The instruction at "0x014a40dd" referenced memory
at "0x014a40dd. The memory could not be "read"
Click on OK to teminate the program

Try this: Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Browsing
Uncheck the Enable 3rd party browser extensions

If this clears your problem then find out who the culprit(s) is/are with
