IE 7 Links Are Inactive - problem.

Running XP Home SP2 with Internet Explorer 7, version 7.0.5730.11. I have
lost the ability to click on links within web pages. Hovering over a link
shows a target, but clicking on the link has no effect. As a workaround, I
copy the shortcut and paste in a new tab. Workable but rather primitive.
Appreciate any suggested remedies.

Hi Ray,

Just a suggestion, but check all your Popup Controls, within Internet
Explorer 7 and if you added any toolbar which also controls Popup Windows,
check those settings as well.
