IE 7

I have downloaded IE 7 but now find that I am unable to access Network and
Internet Comnnectiond in Control Panel. I have also lost IE explorer toolbar
therefore I am unable to access tools.

I have tried to download IE7 again but am unable to get past download
button.

Hope someone can help

Well downloading IE7 will not help if the first one didn't unless you have a
feeling is being corrupted?.
Try system Restore to before the IE7 came down with the spaceship and
descended on your system with undesired effects.
Then do a scan for malwares and run disk clean up then Try to download IE7
and turn off your Firewall if you have one (which I can't see why the
firewall will be interfering you never know!).
