IE 7 Firewall Alert

I get a warning from BitDefender Firewall that "Internet Explorer is trying
to act like a server" when I open an Intellicast web page. I have a
screenshot of the pop-up.
 
Thanks Mark, but this website I've been to before.

My question is why would IE try to act like a server?
